My wife and I had our new house built in 2022 by Brunaugh Consteuction. Overall Brunaugh met or exceeded our expectations, and the process went pretty smooth even considering some building plan layout issues with the stairs that came up during the build that were not their responsibility. They were also flexible in helping us to cut some costs as building material prices sky rocketed during the start of our build. If I had one area they could improve, it would be their up front presentation experience. We were supposed to get a 3D representation of our home before signing the contract, but they ended up having some software personel issues thatprecluded this ability. I also felt that their Purchaser cpuld use a bit of training as I emded up finding building materials that we were told were not available by going to the store or stores website. These were minor incoveniences in the grand scheme of things though. Overall, I would definitely recommend this company for a new home build.

Brunaugh Construction is by far the best contracting company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. Not only they are on top of their game, they are on time, providing great services, well connected with various trades for large projects. Their management leaves nothing to desire, punctual, straight forward, offer excellent recommendations and they come through as promised in the beginning. Their professionalism is bar-none. We were exceptionally pleased with their work and services on our project rehabbing a 24,000 Sq. Ft. facility.

The job entailed gutting three bathrooms with major plumbing concerns as well as associated water damage. We were able to continue residency all the while. There was no mess at the end of each workday. Our expectations with the completed remodel were met. We highly recommend Brunaugh Construction.

Leaks at roof-to-wall joint on a portion of our house required re-build of the southwest corner of the house. The Brunaugh team was professional, did what they said they were going to do, handled the expanding scope of work exceptionally well as removal of siding revealed more and more damage to be repaired. Very happy with the result.
