We recently had a kitchen fire, and DKI was sent by my insurance company to handle the restoration. At first, I was skeptical, but now that the cleaning is complete, I’m very impressed. They did excellent work, always responded quickly, and their workers were professional and thorough. A special thanks to Rebecca for being so responsive and to Richard, a very responsible team leader.I just want to add my review for John Williams who is in charge of my repair. John is very professional. During two months working with him he is always on time and always very clear about the next steps. The most important he is so responsive on any texts and emails. When I had water damage, I used DKI Restotech and they were so professional and punctual. They wrapped up my belongings neatly and stored them while they took care of the damage. DKI Restoration is a caring, professional company!!! We had our first water loss in our fairly new home and weren’t sure of how to handle. Kevin, Ray and their team made the process painless for us!!
