We had a flood in our house and our insurance company recommended DKI as a preferred water mitigation company who they work with. I was really expecting this to be a communication nightmare going back and forth with the contractor and the insurance company, but Kevin from DKI did the most amazing job communicating with us and handling the insurance side of things too. He was fast to respond and was able to clearly spell out the work to be done.As for the actual work, their crews were extremely efficient and did quality work. I owned a flood mitigation company in my past and everything they did, from the extraction and removal of padding, drywall, and trim was exactly what is recommended by the IICRC (Nationally known standard for water mitigation). I could not think of one thing that I would have improved on, from communication to highly skilled professionals doing the work. I would highly recommend DKI if you want it done right and reduce the stress of dealing with multiple companies doing various skilled labor to restore your home.

Absolute joke of a company.. FAILED TO PERFORM ...All they want is to rip up yr floors and run up the largest bill possible. They are untrustworthy liars and opportunists .. I wouldnt invite them into my home or office if they worked for free let alone to have to pay for this garbage ...
