The pads are great and customer service is exceptional. I called a couple of times cause I was needing some advice and I think I talked with the owner both times! He is great and not pushy with sales at all. I screwed up and did not buy the pad for one of my carpets that our sick cat peed on and I ended up with a huge stain on my wood floor.
