I worked with Vlayna Home Care as a caregiver, and overall my experience was decent. The agency provides opportunities for caregivers to support clients who need assistance in their homes, and the work can be meaningful when you’re helping people with their daily needs.However, communication and scheduling can sometimes be uncertain. As a caregiver, it can be difficult when there isn’t always clear information about long-term assignments or changes with clients. I think improving communication between the agency, caregivers, and clients would make the experience much smoother for everyone.Overall, it can be a good place to gain caregiving experience and work with clients who appreciate the help, but clearer organization and support from management would make it even better.
