We had multiple problems with our facias, soffits and guttering that we only thought were half the problem. Luckily we had one of their lads out for an inspection and it revealed a whole heap of issues. The crew of lads sent out to do the job were the nicest and most hardworking lads we've ever had working on our house in the last 23 years that we've lived here. The job they did is so neat and tidy that it adds a new face to our house. Alan and Ciaran are really attentive. Always on the end of the phone. Everything is checked and double checked to make sure all runs to plan. I can't recommend Haven highly enough. An absolute pleasure to deal with and a great price too.

Alan and the team at Haven Roof Specialists were brilliant. They managed to fit in my roof repair the week before Christmas, which was a huge help. They showed me clear before-and-after photos — the damaged felt and then the new, high-quality felt with a proper metal seal around the flue. Everything was explained clearly and done professionally. Really happy with the result and would definitely recommend them.

A very neat and tidy job completed by Haven, with a mannerly and courteous team (eg unnecessarily removing footwear when walking through the house) working away on the problem. Alan also kept me up-to-date before and during the work, which was most appreciated. Honest quotations and a fair costing, with no pressure on me the customer, to carry out other work needing to be attended to in due course. After sales contact also appreciated. I cannot recommend Alan and the team enough.From the first call to the final follow-up call after the work was completed, the job is incredibly neat and secure.The lads arrived on a Sunday as my roof was very bad and needed to be fixed ASAP.They are the best tradesmen that have ever done work in my house, and I've had to get a lot of jobs done over the years.I would have zero hesitation recommending these honest, hard workers.Thank you so much.

Couldn't speak highly enough of Haven Roof Specialist. From the first inspection to the completion of the work, everything was 5 star. Alan was clear and concise with his assessment and had the quotation done and work completed within a week. The guys were courteous,friendly and were very knowledgeable in all they did and said. I would wholeheartedly recommend them. I have more work needed to be done and I will definitely be using Haven.
