My heating system went out during one of the coldest parts of the early Winter season. I called Harrison Heating and Air Conditioning, and Tim Harrison came out and checked my system. He changed out a few parts and determined my compressor was locked up. Based on the age of my unit (24-years old), he said that it would be several thousand dollars to change the compressor and charge the system. He advised that it would be more cost effective to install a whole new unit. He did not charge me for the service call or for the parts used.He contacted me via text and provided 3 different system choices and explained the cost and features of each. Once I decided on a unit, he came out and installed the new unit all in one morning on a Saturday. He showed me how to use the new smart thermostat and said to contact him for any questions or concerns that may arise.I highly recommend Harrison HVAC for your general maintenance or a new unit upgrade/replacement.
