I've been going to Kuhnel for my car needs for over 5 years now and I literally don't have a negative thing to say about them. Kerri is always a delight to communicate with, which when you're already stressed out about your car, is really nice, haha. Jay is a great mechanic and super approachable to talk to. I love how they send a link with a detailed overall check report of your car that explains, with pictures, what's going on. Plus, the fact that I can communicate by text with them is VERY helpful, especially with my job and not always being able to answer the phone.This most recent time I went to them though, they really hit it out of the park. My car was suddenly spraying gasoline everywhere and my husbands cars alternator went. I explained how'd we were going to be down both cars. Both cars got dropped of the evening before. I had BOTH cars back by 4 o'clock THE NEXT DAY. That's incredible! The price was super fair and the whole process is always just so smooth and easy with them. Especially as a woman, where garages can feel intimidating and you have to be able to trust the, I can tell you, I trust this garage. They are good people who do great, reliable, fast work for a very reasonable price.They also have the cutest dogs! 😃
