Great experience with underdog! We used them to fix a broken gutter years ago. They then replaced my roof and all gutters in October 2025 and were very helpful walking through all the options and cost variables. We liked that they use certainteed shingles. We also installed deck vents to improve air circulation...and help with ice melting from winter storms. They worked great during the January ice storm. We did have a tree fall and clip our brand new roof. Underdog helped us navigate that process and get it repaired back to new. Would highly recommend Underdog and owner Will Hatchell for your roofing and gutter needs!

He walked through the documentation videos and repair process and answered all of my questions, and he was able to get an immediate fix in quickly while also outlining additional suggested repairs including timelines. Highly recommended!

Had a unique situation with a customer who hired a "professional" lighting company to hang holiday wreaths, but they failed... and caused significant damage to the exterior siding of the home.
