He walked through the documentation videos and repair process and answered all of my questions, and he was able to get an immediate fix in quickly while also outlining additional suggested repairs including timelines. Had a unique situation with a customer who hired a "professional" lighting company to hang holiday wreaths, but they failed... and caused significant damage to the exterior siding of the home. Noticed a sizable leak in my laundry room during the ice storm. Called underdog and Von came out to my house, he was early in fact which I appreciated. Von was able to diagnose the problem within minutes and got up on the roof to re-seal one of our fans. I would highly recommend using underdog as the scheduling process was easy, they were on time, and did a great job. Will be calling them again should I have another leak!

The BESt!!! I called Sat night, not AI, not message taker, but real co answered phone! Heard my repair need, scheduled Mon 7 am estimate! That unheard of in this ice emergency state of affairs-Nashville now. Mon am Von arrived 7 am on dot!!! Polite, professional, hi emotional intelligence, very knowledgable -roofing!!! Immediately identified my roof issue. DID NOT try over sell me anything!!! Just honest, to point solution.He would not let me give him even a tip for such prompt response/estimate. Underdog Roofing helped us through our hail‑damage claim and made it much easier than I expected. From the first visit to the final cleanup, everything was smooth and straightforward. Big shout‑out to Chase Sillars he was super helpful the entire time. He gave us lots of options for our roofing color and was able to supply address to look at the colors in person. He was very responsive in getting us all the information we needed, even after the work was done.Jesse K. and crew did great work, the roof looks awesome, and they cleaned up so well you’d never know they were here.
