I did this brilliant course with Bob and Izzy this evening. It was so informative and I feel completely empowered. I hope I never have to use my skills but I feel so much safer knowing I could if I needed to! Thank you so much!

KSDW ran a full day course at my school today, which I found was not only informative in teaching key defence techniques that were realistic and practical but was also fun thanks to the coaches, Bob and Sam who were great craic and provided us with an engaging and memorable experience.Great thanks, would recommend.

Glad to see a familiar face! I had a great self defense experience with both Bob and Sam who described and explained in-depth various scenarios while showing the proper technique to defend myself.

Very informative workshop. Both Bob and Sam were great at explaining the skills necessary to help defend oneself, with the techniques taught being useful, interesting and new to me. Overall, the experience was helpful in informing how you can defend yourself should a situation arise where such defensive action may be required.

Both Sam and Bob were great instructors, kept the explainations interesting and had lots of physical practicing to keep things entertaining
