He made it easy to let him know what we needed and made great recommendations and pointed out many things. What I liked is that he pointed out how he was going to improve the quality of the new door and its structure. The day of our install his service was fantastic, he had all the extras that were needed, trim, fillers, caulking, etc. to get the job done in a timely manner.With the new door we needed a key pad rather than keys - so he installed our keypad lock and made adjustments until it locked smoothly. Our previous door had 3 locks, 2 separate keys.I wish we had Lorenzo when we made the purchase to the home. Lesson learned, if you're buying a new home, scrutinize the door and its quality. Our door could have easily been knocked down with little effort. If you're buying an older home and need the door replaced or inspected he's also the guy for you.We feel safer now that our front door is replaced and replaced by an experienced person who did the job right.
