We hired this company in May to paint the interior of our house, refinish cabinets, install countertops, paint our front porch and back deck, and complete other updates. At first, everything seemed to be going well, and we paid them in full based on their promise to return and complete the remaining items. Unfortunately our experience after payment has been extremely disappointing. The cabinet doors were not finished to an acceptable standard and the contractor repeatedly assured he would come back to redo them. There is also paint of a different color left on the wall behind our loveseat, and our bedroom still needs touch-up work we requested several times. Despite numerous texts and repeated promises that they “fully intended “ to return and finish the work, months have passed and agreed-upon repairs remain incomplete. We expected the company to stand behind its workmanship and honor its commitments, but that has not been our experience. I cannot recommend Birmingham Elite Painters based on our experience. Homeowners deserve quality work, honest communication, and follow-through after payment. Drew Willis July 1, 2026
