I had a stopped up sink in the bathroom. Leonard from CLMS came to unstop the drain. I noticed he was using a snake that was too large for the drain, but I trusted that he knew what he was doing. Unfortunately the snake got stuck in the sink and he couldn’t get it out. He had to cut the snake off at the base but left the other part stuck in the sink. I called on numerous occasions to get an ETA on when someone would come to fix the damages they made. CLMS refused my calls and never came back. There was a lot of damage to my sink, the wall and the drain. I had to hire a real plumber to fix the damages and replace my sink. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone . What a joke :-(

This plumber was hired as a sub by the company that installed granite countertops in our kitchen to install / reconnect a garbage disposal, faucet and dishwasher.The gentleman who came out was courteous, wore a mask and performed the work quickly with no mess.The only complaint I have is that he installed the disposal sink ring such that the wording is upside down.
