Chris Jenkins with NuBilt Restoration and Construction was super helpful and willing to give me an estimate on roof damage when his team was working on the roof of condo next to us. He saw minor damage to roof that will be taken care of by NuBilt in the future, but also saw some loose boards that left space for critters to possibly creep into. He had his team seal those boards for free when they were replacing the roof next door!! How awesome!His team was really good at making sure no nails or material was left in our gutters, or on the ground surrounding our condo ( did find one nail in driveway the next day).Chris is very professional and his team worked well together and we're polite. I came home to a flooded garage due to a burst sprinkler pipe. I was really impressed with the ability to come so quickly and complete the work so efficiently. They worked around my schedule and made it easy for me as they worked directly with my insurance company. Our shower was leaking from several places into the adjacent wall. Rudy from NuBuilt came out to help us quickly. He expertly assessed the causes of the leak, giving us instructions on short term fixes to stop the active leaking and then providing us multiple options for the long term restoration of the shower.
