Heather sent a wonderful Notary to my home for a RE closing. I was nervous to e-sign all the documents, and send photo ID via my cel phone by myself. Arletha Ross came to my home right on time and made what was complicated for me, very easy. She did all the work, I only had to sign my name to the paper documents. Arletha was very competent, courteous and professional. She brought her scanner and so I had my own copies of all the documents before she left.
