I was looking to become more confident in my body and become stronger, both mentally and physically. Rachel made me feel so comfortable right off the bat; her presence and nonjudgmental energy/personality made me feel like I could share anything with her. She knew exactly how to slowly build the workouts, without pushing too hard (which is what I asked), but still helping me become stronger each workout. She takes into account all of my injuries and limitations, and listens to how my body feels each workout, adjusting when necessary. Working out with her is also super fun, and the time flies by (which I've never experienced with working out). I feel stronger than ever and feel so lucky to have a few hours of her time each week! If you're looking for someone who is really knowledgeable about fitness, understands her client's strengths and limitations, and cares about your progress, never judges, look no further!!
