We are so thankful for Alan Pearce and his family, and caregiving crew (staff) particularity, GeGe, Pauline, and several others who cared for our elderly, recently infirmed parents during this past year. From my initial call to ask questions, to the many follow-up calls due to our long distance away, to the problems that surfaced with the changing needs of care, to the care during a critical hospital stay for their complex and different needs. We knew this was going to be difficult to find the level of care with the balance of being there but "unseen", helping but allowing independence, not taking things personal (when one doesn't feel well...well, you know....) and all the understanding and compassion that goes along with that. These caregivers were dutiful, stretched and patient, Alan is second to none in his genuine care and rapt attention to get things worked out with a feasible solution, and with many different family members with different concerns, yet none of us readily/locally available. The family is thankful for the peace of mind that allowed us to regularly visit but keep our lives at home away intact as transporting was not a good option. Thank you ever so much, Alan. We are always your debtor and friends.
