After an initial health check with Tristan, he helped me identify ways that my IT set up could be updated and streamlined. One of the things that frustrated me about being self employed was being solely responsible for IT support, backing up my data and making sure I was using the most up to date software on my Mac. Now I've signed a support agreement with TLM Martin, I feel so reassured that I am fully backed up. His team monitor the health of my laptop, and any time I have any issues, no matter how small the 'niggle', I can just get in touch with them easily and they can jump on my machine to fix it. It feels a relief to have confidential support, and also it is going to save me hours of time that I was wasting googling how to fix certain issues. Now I can focus on my clients and my business and relax about any IT issues. Tristan supports the VAs I work with by making sure their laptops are secure but also teaches how to do it. He is that rare techie who can not only do it but also explain it clearly in plain English. He helps with set ups in the UK and also helps coaches trainers etc who are outsourcing to the Philippines by setting up secure technology that works across time zones without causing delay. Life would be do much more complicated for our micropreneur without Tristan on Tech!
