Erin was absolutely brilliant. She looked after my daughter (16months) and our friends son (13months) for a week. She was fun, flexible and kept us updated throughout. We can't thank her enough and would have Erin look after our children again in a heartbeat. The Comms before we arrived could have been a little quicker, but Im sure the team are very busy and doing their best.

We used Boubird over the Easter holidays in Tignes. Emily was fantastic and looked after our 2 year old daughter during the mornings. They did lots of fun activities in the apartment and out and about in Tignes, going on the bus, playing in the snow, trampolining and visiting the park. Emily sent us lots of pictures showing the fun times they were having.

We used Boubird for our two sons (aged 3 years and 8 months) during a four-week stay in Val d’Isère this March. We had two nannies- Saga and Selina, each for two weeks—and both were absolutely wonderful. They were punctual, responsible, and followed instructions with care. They managed ski lesson drop-offs and pick-ups, and most importantly, they were fantastic with the kids.Every day was filled with thoughtful activities—arts and crafts, outings to the farm, trips up the gondola—and they even arranged playdates with other Boubird nannies when there were children of similar ages around. They also prepared meals and helped with the kids’ laundry, which was a huge help. We especially appreciated the regular photo updates and messages—it gave us peace of mind and made us feel connected throughout the day.Having a dedicated nanny gave us the flexibility to plan each day’s schedule the night before, and both nannies were always accommodating. It truly enhanced our month in Val d’Isère, knowing our boys were happy and well cared for while we skied or spent time one-on-one with our eldest.Catissa clearly runs a fantastic team and sets high standards for childcare. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Boubird and will absolutely be using them again next time we’re in Val!

This was the second time we've had a nanny from Boubird for our ski trip in Tignes. We have all been incredibly impressed by the warmth and professionalism of the team. We had Alice this time who was magical. The adults got to ski everyday while the kids were thoroughly entertained and lovingly cared for. She made lunch, styled hair, brushed teeth, went on bus trips for hot chocolate and pancakes, went sledging, did pick-up and drop-off for ski school (sometimes all in the same day!). It couldn't have been a better and more care free ski trip thanks to Alice and Catissa. Our previous experience with Jade was equally as brilliant! I should also mention how much we've appreciated the flexibility of our nannies - adding extra hours here and there (at short notice when you want to ski a little bit more) or even extra days has been the icing on the cake.Thanks so much Boubird and see you next season!
