Dr. Ferzli and his staff came to my rescue, as an entirely brand new patient. Saturday night, I chipped/cracked my back molar on a Stacey’s pita chip (devastating, I know!) - Sunday morning, I was calling around to a few places to see if they could see me and get it fixed. Keep in mind, this is all during COVID-19, so a lot of places are shut down, except for emergencies. I had gone to another local dentist about a month prior for a cleaning and three fillings, and ever since that time, the area where the fillings were done were extremely sensitive to cold and painful at times. So I did not want to go back to that practice. I called Smiles of Cary early Sunday, and Dr. Ferzli himself called me back before noon. Monday morning at 9 am, I was in their office, and by 11:30 am, my tooth was fixed. I was blown away by this level of service, and the staff was super friendly, patient and understanding. Today is now Tuesday, and the lady at the front desk already called me 24 hours post op to check on how I was doing. Shaniece is amazing. It's been a while since having my teeth cleaned and I needed the deep cleaning (scaling). I'm writing this review about 4 hours after she did the left side and I could not be more pleased. Her and Dr. Lee made sure that I felt nearly no pain at all and even now I'm not sure if I actually need the ibuprofen or not. I've taken it proactively but I didn't feel discomfort. I recommend two things - make sure you use Smiles of Cary and make sure you build the dream team - ask for Dr. Lee and Shaniece. Less

The people who work here are amazingly accommodating and courteous. Today, I called to make an appointment because I had an onlay that cracked and a piece chipped off. They literally told me they would fit me in, and I head there as soon as it was convenient for me. Then, after getting a look and presenting me with what the best course of action would be in terms that were easily understandable, they showed me the cost and financial options to help me pay. What left the biggest impression on todays visit was how much I could tell they were really working with me to get the best outcome for me and helped ease my anxiety, I get panic attacks. I feel like they went above and beyond convention to make me feel comfortable, safe, and that they actually looked at me as a whole person and not as a paycheck to get in and out fast as possible. I felt that they wanted to make sure my treatment was appropriate, they didn't try to make me chose an expensive plan i didn't need, and they did everything they could to make it affordable to me. I'm so grateful to them and I would recommend anyone to at the very least give this place a try because everyone I've encountered has been so courteous and professional that it make the whole atmosphere of Smiles of Cary feel comfortable and safe.
