The customer service here is exceptional — the employees are all extremely attentive and the facilities are also very clean. The temperature and lighting from start to finish was just perfect! When I laid my head down on the massage bed, it felt like I placed my head on a cloud! And my dear masseuse Celine was spectacular! I booked a deep tissue massage and a mani-pedi, and both services were wonderful. The massage was incredible—my massage therapist was very communicative and made sure I was comfortable. She really worked out the tension in my body, and I left feeling so much lighter and more relaxed.
The mani-pedi was also great, and my nails look flawless!
I also love their waiting area— the plants, candles, and calming sounds of water created such a serene atmosphere. The staff was incredibly kind and attentive, and they even offered me a glass of champagne, which was such a nice touch!
Overall, I had such a lovely self care day at ZZ Day Spa, and I would high recommend coming here if you’re looking for a place to truly pamper yourself!

Romina was delightful. She whisked me away to a tranquil oasis and offered a glass of champagne as I awaited my masseuse. Chhaya, the masseuse performed a satisfying Swedish massage. However, the experience did not end there. At the end of the massage, I was escorted back to the oasis, where I was surprised with a charming rendition of happy birthday by Nana. Along with my personalized cake, I received a few spa gifts. Nana and Romina were both attentive, cheerful and polite. Their birthday wishes and treatment I received were well appreciated. Can’t wait to return to ZZ!

However, this was definitely a win for me! The customer service is Stellar! Ask for Irene, she’s amazing.
They have a great reward program and the massage with Keisy was excellent. I picked the birthday package for a friend and she enjoyed every moment.

They took care of everything, so if you’re looking for a great value that feels luxurious for your event, I really recommend them. As part of our package everyone got a massage, which were heavenly. All the guests were raving about them after. The party also included snacks, chocolate, champagne, mimosas, and even a small cake! They even provided a little sash and veil for the bride to be. Everyone I worked with was professional and friendly, all the guests had a great time, and at the end of the day I felt like I barely had to lift a finger to plan the thing. Five stars.

Received the bday package as a gift and it was the best gift ever! Hilda gave me my first facial ever! She is the sweetest and did such a great job. Felt like bought a new face as if felt super clean and light. Nana at the front desk made me feel special with the birthday treats. I’ll definitely be back and bring my mom, husband, friends and family. What a great treat! Can’t wait to try their other services!
