My son's skill level has improved tremendously since he started PSH academy training six months ago. Coach Kohei offers a great balance of encouragement and challenge. I love that he tracks monthly benchmarks, which helps the kids measure their consistent improvement. 100% would recommend!

I recommend coach Kohei 10/10. I did a 6-session training program and definitely can tell my improvements on court. My session is split 50/50 into skills training (footwork) and stability strength building. I like that coach Kohei listens to my feedbacks and make adjustments as needed. I also like that the session always hit 70% of my load and I was able to recover and get better.
