ABS is extremely helpful in regards to our printer needs ever since they have partnered with us at Goodwill. Customer service is really helpful when ordering toner and technical support team really helpful also. Having them to contact directly is extremely important. By far, the most outstanding customer service of any company that I've ever dealt with throughout my 30 year career. They are always available if I have questions or need additional printers. I mainly deal with Adam (2), but the entire organization provides exceptional service.
