We are a local LiveScan Fingerprinting and Notary small business located in Ponte Vedra Beach. Because we do fax-backs and large scans, we decided to reach out to ABS for a copy machine quote. From the very first email, through the install, through our first assistance call, we were so impressed with the professionalism, attention to meeting our needs and the swift and thorough responses. Dalton and Austin were outstanding when they installed the machine. They made sure we were confident in using it before leaving. Adam and Destiny corresponded with detail and excellence as they prepared our quote and documents for the contract and Tyler acted instantly when we had our first service need arise (which was actually the fault of our cable installer). I have used ABS for 5 years now and there isn’t another company that answers the phone quicker or problem solves more than them. Would highly recommend them to any small business. ABS is extremely helpful in regards to our printer needs ever since they have partnered with us at Goodwill. Customer service is really helpful when ordering toner and technical support team really helpful also. Having them to contact directly is extremely important. By far, the most outstanding customer service of any company that I've ever dealt with throughout my 30 year career. They are always available if I have questions or need additional printers. I mainly deal with Adam (2), but the entire organization provides exceptional service.
