Quick and friendly. When they were hosing everything off, they noticed one my drains was slow to drain and alerted me (which I wouldn't have noticed on my own), so I appreciated the heads up and plan to fix it before it becomes a bigger issue. Above and beyond service.

Some good, some bad. Rafter tails had to be trimmed, and that was done very poorly. Everything was over-cut leaving saw marks in every one. Initial trimming pulled out more than an inch too much and now I have to glue the pieces back in. It looked terrible and they eventually adjusted, but I don't understand why they just kept going without pausing to even ask. I was also told I could putty up the over-saw marks myself! On the good, attention to rerouting some of the exiting piping to make an overall cleaner look and that was appreciated. Overall I would not recommend for a house with architectural details that should be treated with more attention.UPDATE: since writing this review, they immediately responded and sent the crew back out. They literally fixed every tail with wood filler, sanded and primed. It looks really good now that it’s fixed. I’ve changed my score to 4 stars since the end result is great, but we shouldn’t have had to run this exercise to begin with. At the end of the day though, they do stand behind their work, they will make it right, and that is really important
