I highly recommend Proficient Plumbing! The gas company came out, smelled gas and confirmed there was a leak in my flex line of my tankless water tank. Shockingly another highly rated company came out first and couldn’t find the Gas Leak. Proficient Plumbing came out right away. Their representative John was far superior to anyone else I have ever dealt with. he took the information about the flex line and track down the leak on his own, and fixed it safely replacing the flex line with a rigid line,John is a true expert who knows exactly what he’s doing. This is why they stand out!

Well, the word Proficient fits this plumbing service. I was very pleased with the service, knowledge and professionalism. I had filters, shower head installed and cartridges replaced and John Carlin and Nick were wonderful. I had issues with a previous plumbing service to do the same work, and they weren't professional, kept my hanging and I lost confidence in their experience. But John's 1st visit was on point he knew his stuff. His 2nd visit was as he stated he would accomplish for all the services, I required. Honestly, pricing depends on what you need done. I did my research on the prices given and they were close in price. I did not feel I was overcharged. Both techs installed, checked, rechecked that all items were installed properly and working. We had the dreaded wet spot on the ceiling below laundry room! Scott came and quickly diagnosed the problem and showed us how to resolve the washing machine issue ourselves and have a painter come to deal with ceiling issue. We only had to pay Proficient a very reasonable service charge.
