We used MTL moving this summer to move my grandmother and they were absolutely amazing! They arrived on time and were in communication with me the whole time to let me know when they were on their way and when they would be there within 15 minutes. They also provided us with a service to move her huge piano. Their prices were great for both the move and for moving the piano. The 2 men who came to move her were very friendly and took care of all of her belongings during the move. They were even willing to move tiny things and paintings not just the big boxes and furniture. I highly recommend! Less

My husband and I are absolutely thrilled with the quality of our move! Not only are your movers kind, courteous and professional, but they are the most hardworking people I have ever met. I was truly in awe of them the entire time!!! So friendly, and despite so many annoying challenges on the side of our condo (they mixed up the dates for our elevator), the team pushed through with amazing spirits, showing no signs of stress or worry, purely solution focused and ready to move on to the next thing. From the packing to the organization to the moving, I literally could not even believe the quality of work that was done. It was phenomenal. The packing was so perfect, nothing was broken, they were insanely efficient, they had so much to take care of and they did it all with what looked like ease. They were in constant communication with us at all times, they solved problems quickly, worked amazingly together, and packed all our things as if it were their own belongings, with so much care and respect. At one point I had asked them to label boxes, and they were more than happy to do so, unpacking was a breeze thanks to them. They worked so fast too! They are so respectful and clearly love their job, and truly respect their manager as well which shows amazing company values throughout. When we arrived at the house we told them please take as long as you want for a break (we would happily pay for that) and they said they will quickly pick something up and keep going! They got to the house 5 minutes after we did! They brought everything in to every room quickly and efficiently, and were so patient with me and my husband while we tried to decide where things would go. The stamina was unmatched, these men were super strong physically and mentally - at one point one of them even cut their finger and literally just kept going!!! This is dedication (although totally not necessary to this extent!). But wow, what a stellar team you have. At the end when the manager of our building said we could no longer use an elevator for moving, the guys said no problem and used a regular elevator instead - still making our move work. What an absolute standout service and we have already recommended you guys to everyone who asked us how our move went. Our in laws were astonished as well and they are moving soon and will be using your services for sure. We will be customers for life + when I move my business to a new warehouse I know who I will call! What you are really selling here is not just the physical labour of moving, but the comfort, ease + peace of mind provided by your team to an already stressful time.
