Update 07/29/2026Year after year, we ask Octavius to come out and clean our solar panels and each and every time, he does an amazing job. He is always friendly and courteous. Highly recommend!Octavius once again came out to solve an issue with my home. With tropical storm Hilary the vent cover from my roof got damage Octavius came the following day to fix it. Thank you for solving my issue in a timely matter.Octavius from Pane & Panels was professional. Its been a little over a week and I no longer have a pigeon problem. I had dusty panels, bird droppings, and pigeons were starting to nest in my roof. Octavius was able to sanitize my roof, install mesh around the solar panels, bird proof the house, and clean my solar panels at a reasonable price. If you have a bird problem give Pane & Panels Pro a call. They are reasonable price and they listen to customer needs and solve the issue in a short amount of time.

It has been over 3 months after installation of Bird Proofing by Pane & Panels Pro Cleaning. It went through several windy days is holding really good.There are pigeons hanging around but very minimal sitting on top of the roof and none nesting on it.Its well worth the money and the service, attention given and quality of work is excellent.Imperial Valley is infested with pigeons which causes all sorts of health and property damages. I really recommend the bird proofing; specially when you have solar panels; and the job done by Octavius is excellent.

Very professional and service was amazing. Blackwood the owner is a retired Navy Vet and so courteous during the process. I would highly recommend this company to clean your panels or all the other services he provides. Awesome 👏 job and I will definitely 💯 have him clean my panels again. Blackwood also washed off my roof during the cleaning of the panels and appreciate the cleanliness afterwards.

I was having decreased credit on my electricity account so I knew that my solar panels needed cleaning. So I searched here in Imperial for someone who could provide the service and Pane & Panel Pro Cleaning was at the top of the search results so I called them. The service man was very courteous and came in a reasonable time. He provided before and after pictures which confirmed that my solar panels were very dirty. We got solar panels over a year ago and the company didn’t pigeon proof them. So for the past year we had to deal with all the pigeons and their poop every where. Octavius Blackwood was referred to my husband by a coworker. He came out right away and gave us a free consultation on Friday and started the work Monday morning. He cleaning and sanitized our roof, solar panels & pigeon proof everything in 3days. Our panels look brand new like the first day they were put on. He also followed up a couple of days all the cleaning to make sure the pigeons haven’t came back. We are super satisfied with his work. We highly recommend him.

I contacted Pane & Panels Pro Cleaning LLC due to a horrible pigeon problem on our roof. Bird dropping dead birds cracked eggs. I would go out and clean my side yard and the next day dirty all over again with droppings, feathers, and twigs. I didn’t know what to do. So glad I contacted them. They came out the and did an inspection of the roof and contacted me with all the information I needed to know about what needed to be done. Gave me time to think about going forward or not. So glad we decided to move forward. He came out and started the very next day and we have not had any more pigeons he bird proof the whole roof cleaned the roof of all droppings. I am super impressed with the work done. I will make sure to let any friends or family have his contact.
