From the very beginning to completing the roofing and painting of the inside of my parent's home. FBC was so professional and compassionate and went above and beyond what we hoped for. At first, my elderly parents received a letter from their insurance refusing to cover the cost of their roof, then a few months later, my parents received a non-renewal letter because of the claim that was denied. For almost 50 years, they had not once run a claim from their insurance but got denied and then a non-renewal. That's when we started calling around. FBC jumped in quickly, and although we could not go through insurance to get the roof fixed (the team at FBC), Preston, Nohili, Ahmad, James, and Azzie quickly did everything they could to help my parents get a new roof. What seemed impossible, God made possible by sending the team from FBC who cared enough to help my elderly parents fix their roofs, and the workers who came out did such an amazing job. They didn't just work; they did more than we could ask for. During this process, my father fell ill and was placed in the care home, while there, the team that was working on my parent's home noticed and offered to help paint a little extra. It's so rare to see companies with a heart to help, nowadays, companies want a quick buck, but FBC took it upon themselves to listen to our frustration and did such an exceptional job and not just the work; their heart to help was truly a blessing from God!
