I was honestly quite wary at first after reading some of the reviews about the PRC groomer. However, my furkid was badly matted and urgently needed a full grooming — and since my regular groomer wasn’t available, I decided to take a leap of faith as the PRC groomer happened to have an open slot.The groomer assigned to me was Xiang Xiang, and I must say, she completely changed my impression. Before she even started, she thoughtfully sent me photos and suggested on wha steps she is taking to transform my messy girl’s look. Her attention to detail and artistic eye really stood out.After nearly three hours of makeover magic, I was beyond pleased with the results!1. My girl came out happy, calm, and totally stress-free.2. Her coat was silky soft and smelled amazing.3. There were so many thoughtful touches — like her beautifully trimmed long eyelashes that my previous groomer never even noticed!I was so satisfied that I brought my girl back a few weeks later just for a bath. The sweetest part? When she saw Xiang Xiang again, she greeted her even more affectionately than she did me! 🤣Thank you, Xiang Xiang, for your patience, creativity, and genuine care. You’ve truly earned my trust — and my furkid’s heart too. 🐾✨我一开始其实有点担心，因为看到了一些关于一位中国籍美容师的评论，让我有点犹豫。可是我的毛孩毛发已经严重打结，又急需全身美容，而我平时的美容师刚好没空。没办法之下，只能抱着试一试的心态预约了这位中国籍美容师。分配给我的美容师是 香香，不得不说，她完全改变了我原本的印象。还没开始之前，她就非常贴心地拍照并提出了一些建议，告诉我她打算如何帮我那只乱糟糟的毛孩“操刀”。她细心又有艺术感的手法让我印象深刻。经过将近三个小时的“魔法改造”，结果让我非常满意！1️⃣ 我的毛孩出来时非常开心、放松，完全没有压力。2️⃣ 她的毛变得又柔又顺，香香的、手感超好。3️⃣ 最惊喜的是细节满满——像那对修得刚刚好的长睫毛，以前的美容师都从没注意到！我实在太满意了，几周后又带她回来洗澡。最感动的一幕是，当她看到湘湘时，居然比见到我还热情地扑过去！🤣谢谢你，香香！ 感谢你的耐心、创意和真心照顾。你不仅赢得了我的信任，也赢得了我家毛孩的心。🐾✨

I first brought my puppy to Furville for grooming after the previous groomer shaved off his fur. The salon was recommended by my puppy’s pet sitter, and Teddy has been going there regularly for the past two months — this was his fifth visit. He’s had everything from spa sessions to full grooming and has always been pampered.Usually, I arrange for transport to send him there, but on one occasion, I dropped him off myself. At the end of the session, the groomer explained what had been done and mentioned that certain areas couldn’t be trimmed further, as cutting the fur too short would make it look uneven.

We brought our mini dachshund for last minute grooming today and there was only one staff there at that time, not sure if it was Xiang Xiang as we were too busy chatting with her. She was so thoughtful, wanting to carry our pup into the salon as there’s another husky there and she was worried our little one maybe afraid. She was so gentle and sweet and we definitely will go back. Forgot to mention - she is a PRC , no relation to her skills but felt like we had to mention this seeing the previous negative review 🧐

I tagged along with a friend and her doggie for one of the grooming session at Furrville Salon @Joo Chiat. I bring my own baby elsewhere for grooming and de-shedding. However I was amazed by how friendly and amazing the groomers at Furrville were! From hearing their convo, the professionalism, attentiveness and knowledge showed through . One groomer, I think her name was 香香/Xiang Xiang as well as the other groomers were very approachable, and receptive to my questions and queries, this really help ease off the nerves of not just the pets but the pets' owners and potential pet owners as well. I can feel the pets are also very much pampered at Furrville by the groomers there compared to my usual place.Kudos to the team at Furrville Salon. I think I am sold! Will be switching over soon to Furrville when my usual groomer leaves her job.Splendid job guys! 5 stars anytime!

Love bringing my little pup to Furrville Salon. The groomers are super friendly and gentle, my little fluff always comes back looking so cute and smelling amazing.
