Very disappointed at experience here.Extremely expensive about $5k-6k for only 24 visits, but he wants you to come in for ~ 36 visits. There were additional fees along the way like apps, and he wanted us to buy the red laser light and the vagal nerve stimulator which we did not have any more money to do so. And I think those together would’ve been around 2k more, if I’m not mistaken. The red light-few times they gave me googles to protect my eyes the rest of the time they didn’t. Read in red light therapy book it needs to touch your skin to help, and here it doesn’t. You cannot use insurance.There were many unanswered emails and phone calls. I felt they did not follow through on what they said the program would be.Often I didn’t even see Dr Teames for a visit .I really needed the chiropractic adjustments (as this was actually causing my vertigo which I found out after we left) and he did not have time and/or thought I did not need them, when in actuality I needed proper adjustments badly, according to the other chiropractors & doctor I went to after. In fact, they were quite shocked at how crooked my back was.There was some disorganization as the people that work there gave me exercises and asked me about certain ones that I had not heard of , but apparently were in my chart. Sometimes I was there for 30 minutes sometimes I was there for two hours. Dr Teames said he was going to review and retest for the eyes, but I often had to ask about it. There was one test we never went over. Towards halfway, my eyes had reset properly, which is great but my vertigo and everything came back because I did not get adjusted, and threw everything off again.You do a lot of vestibular exercises and I do like his equipment for testing this, it’s very similar to an ear balance(although they take insurance) place without the water in the ears.I did think Dr Teames did a good job of adjusting the neck and upper middle back when I could get him to do so. Unfortunately overall I did not improve at halfway point, and some things got worse.
