Great coaches and staff, lots of support. The members are also fantastic. The workout routine is effective and the progress tracking motivating. Started feeling great after two weeks, and began seeing visible, noticeable results in about 3 months.

I joined OTF West Olympia 2 years ago looking to do something different to keep myself in shape. Over those 2 years, I have made new friends and accomplished some personal goals. Everyone that I have had contact with that is part of OTF West Olympia have all been super nice and helpful. I personally love that everyone is welcomed and accepted no matter your fitness level. They truly stand by their FamOly talk!!

The staff here are incredible and I just love the atmosphere of the studio. Th coaches really care about us and make such an effort to make the experience a good one! I’ve never been disappointed in one class here. I’m always excited to go and get a workout in. The workouts are intense and make me feel so good after! I haven’t been in Washington for long, but this place makes it feel like home more than I thought it would. I highly recommend this place!

I LOVE the team atmosphere and the competitive drive it gives me. I also really love that each class is an hour and in that hour we are extremely efficient! All the equipment is ready to use, clean, and easy to access. And the coaches are AWESOMe!!

I’ve been a member of a regular gym for years...and never went. I finally quit that gym (and quit paying for it) when I signed up for Orangetheory. Now I have a gym that I love and I’m actually going. My favorite thing is that everyone can feel successful, no matter where they are in their fitness journey.
