Communication was excellent throughout — they were very responsive, upfront about timelines and costs, and kept everyone updated every step of the way AND left the home spotless. The sale itself went smoothly, and we'd recommend them again without hesitation.Unfortunately, when you hold a sale in a tight neighborhood, some complaints from neighbors are hard to avoid. They can't control whether visitors respect fire lane signage. The sale only ran for a couple of days, and the team did their best to manage the situation and keep traffic under control. Sometimes it helps to recognize a situation is temporary and extend a little grace.
