We purchased a home in Kuna ID during September of 2025. Experienced a severe thunderstorm on 06/26/26–that produced evidence of substantial roof leak—despite the fact that our roof is only 5 years old. The leak occurred late in the evening on a Friday night. I contacted The Roofing Experts the following morning, after determining online that they were open on Saturday and they are actually located in Kuna. I received a response right away; and the owner contacted me by phone shortly thereafter. He was able to arrange his schedule to come by our house within a couple of hours. After seeing where the leaking water entered the house, and after carefully examining the roof, he spent quite some time working both on the roof and in the crawl space above the ceiling. Weather reports had predicted more rain throughout the weekend. Rather than put us off by setting up repairs for next week, Miguel completed repairs right away, after taking lots of photographs to show what had taken place! He also showed us photos of the repairs after they were completed. My wife and I were totally impressed with his obvious knowledge and work ethic. We will definitely recommend this company to anyone needing roof repair in the future.

In Boise's East End -- A representative from The Roofing Experts (TRE) came to my home to discuss reroofing products. Prior to the reroofing, he also returned to remove tree branches from several trees that had started or were about to stat rubbing on the old roof. Then the roofing crew from TRE came to my home, removed cedar shakes and the "tar paper" and attach new shingles over a new fabric on the roof. They accomplished all the hard work in rather short order and included new vents and a solar-powered attic fan. Cleanup was well done, and the job took less time than I would have thought. They do good work.
