I feel it’s important to correct my previous reviews and publicly acknowledge the outstanding professionalism I experienced throughout my treatment.During several visits, I became convinced that my procedure was not being done correctly. My frustration grew to the point that I posted negative reviews and, at times, directed my anger toward the dentist. Looking back, I realize I was mistaken, and I genuinely regret how I handled the situation.What stands out most is how the dentist responded. Despite my frustration and criticism, he never lost his composure or treated me with anything but respect.
