Did my research of potentials my 2024 Nissan Murano Platinum... Decided with Damien's. Very happy that I did. Damien was courteous, knowledgeable and professional. Questions I had he answered and encouraged more if I had them. Ceramic coating done (including windows) and paint correction turned out better than expected. Vehicle looked better than when it was purchased 2yrs ago. Again very happy with the results. Looking for to maintaining it with his skill set. Highly recommended. I recently bought a brand-new Tesla Model Y Performance in Quicksilver with the white interior. I’ve always been particular about my vehicles and have detailed them myself for years, but with this car I wanted a professional ceramic coating done properly from day one.I didn’t know where to go, so I went straight to ChatGPT and asked for a highly recommended ceramic-coating/detailing shop in the area. Damien’s Detailz came back as a strong recommendation, based on his reputation, reviews and the professional FEYNLAB products he uses. Having now used him, the recommendation was absolutely justified.I went the full nine yards: the car was washed and decontaminated, clay-barred, the paint corrected/polished and then treated with Damien’s five-year FEYNLAB ceramic coating. I also had the exterior plastics and wheels coated, plus the glass polished and ceramic coated—including that enormous Tesla panoramic glass roof.The result is spectacular. I’ve owned and detailed a lot of cars and honestly don’t remember seeing paint with this kind of depth and almost wet-looking gloss. Water beads and rolls off the glass and coated surfaces beautifully, and contaminants often simply rinse away. I knew ceramic coatings were good; I didn’t appreciate just how good a properly prepared and professionally coated car could be.What amazed me most was the labour involved. Because it’s a Tesla, its cameras gave me a pretty good idea of when someone was working around the car. Damien started around 8:00 Friday morning and worked straight through until approximately 1:30 AM Saturday morning. He was back around 9:00 AM Saturday and continued until about 3:00 PM—roughly 23½ hours over two days on a brand-new vehicle. This certainly wasn’t somebody quickly applying a coating and sending the car out the door.Another thing I really like is that Damien is the business. It’s a one-man operation. The experienced professional you speak with is the person actually working on your vehicle—not an owner handing your new car to someone learning the trade.I thought his pricing was very reasonable considering the work involved. I chose his comprehensive package because I wanted the car done properly, not cheaply. After seeing the hours involved and the finished product, it was money very well spent.I also couldn’t initially decide whether to keep the aero inserts on my 21-inch Performance wheels. Damien coated them installed; afterward I decided to remove them. When I return for the included 10-day follow-up wash, he offered to coat the newly exposed areas at no charge. He didn’t have to do that, and I really appreciated it.As a retired business owner, I tend to notice how someone runs an operation. Damien’s shop was exceptionally clean, bright, organized and tidy. He was punctual, friendly and professional, communicated extremely well and followed up promptly. When a technical question arose about the Tesla cameras, rather than guessing he contacted his FEYNLAB representative and quickly got me the proper answer.Damien also recommended coating the Model Y’s white interior. I wasn’t sure initially, but after seeing his work, I’ll be having him do that when I return. That’s probably the best endorsement I can give him: I’m already going back.My Model Y looked better when I picked it up from Damien than it did when I picked it up brand new.Five stars without hesitation.
