We are doing a full remodeling of our house and are working with about 25 different contractors. Of course there are minor issues with some contractors, but they were swift to resolve them.. with this company dekowood llc not the case from the first interaction. The sales representative did not write anything down and then changed their idea of what was included and what was not included even no we were explicitly told installation of stone and everything would be included from the first step we showed that what kind of stone it was and even showed pictures that it was a Crystalo see-through. When the company came out and did the paneling, they cut it too short and blamed it on the ceiling, even though it was short on both sides, which is impossible so their solution was to put yellow caulking and fill the gap off about half inch on both sides. I don’t know if you’ll be able to see from this picture but it is definitely not like the Instagram videos or pictures that are from far away.. dont recommend(Response to owner) we hired someone to finish the job and there was no issue with space or install after the prepared the correct tinset/ waterproofing and durock - it was very easy with no additinal support or drilling needed.. we told from day one its Crystallo thats why the stone is translucent -it is not an issue with proper knowledge

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!!!!CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS SCAM COMANYthis company took over 4 month to do our wall, and we had to call them and chase them every day of the week to come and finish the project we paid money for. They forgot to come to the agreed installation day and didn’t even start our project, then they came like 4 time to remeasure because every time it was wrong measurement. At first they gave us a quote and said everything is included, then they scammed and said that the stone is actually too heavy so “we have to charge you 1800$ for installation” even though we told them from day one it will be crystallo. In order to finish -we paid, then after month of not showing up they emailed us ( not even called) and said they never done this before so they are not going to install it, so they kept about 1800$ extra never did the job and now they don’t want to give us back our money!!! They never installed ANY stone not light not heavy and didn’t do the job and keeping our money. It took the 4 month just to put wooden planks on a wall. We did our deposit in MAY and they dragged it until SEPTEMBER!!!!!!Not to mention when they came 1st time all the measurement were off and I redid it for them with 0 experience had to tell them how to re do it completely!!!!!
