I researched the internet for local electrical companies and came across the consistently excellent reviews of Gregg Electric. From my initial call, to the follow-up by Cyndi, I was impressed with the timely communication to the receipt of the estimate. Safety is my concern and I required some unused thermostats to be removed and capped off, as well as a number of broken and buzzing light switches to be upgraded. I just had a callback from Greg to discuss an issue I was having with no power to an outside outlet. He was able to instruct me through a number of things to try and was able to fix this my problem without a service call. I left a detailed message online and I got a return call within 2 hours.I’ve had to have a lot of things needing services like plumbing, furnace, appliance and now I have a good sense of who’s out for a buck and look for opportunities to inflate the cost. I also have had companies that are honest providing quality work that they’ll stand behind and Gregg Electric is definitely a company I would trust for any services I may need them for in the future.
