Have had the camera and sensor system on the house for about 9 months now - everything works fine. Steve had done the paperwork and Bevon did the installation - both were professional and amiable. They were great to talk with. Steve had contacted me after installation to find out how things were going. The back up battery kicked in a few hours later and the system re-booted rtwhen the power went out at the house. That was in addition to the monitoring company calling me timely to let me know there was a power failure out the house. I recommend this company for residential security needs.
