Had a service check on both of my A/C units through American Home Shield. Rudy came out and did my inspection. He was very knowledgeable and was honest and didn't try to upsell me on anything. I felt very confident that my units were in good shape by what he was telling me. I would suggest Cross Country to others.

We had 3 other hvac companies look at the system over 3 months. All said replace the unit because they could not get the diagnostic program to run(Through American Home Shield). Cross country diagnoded the problem, got the part, and had it fixed in less thsn a week. Actually fixed the unit rather than throwing parts at it until it worked. If you have a hvac unit down these are the people you want to call.
