We went here for a meal at 7pm on the first Saturday in January on a visit from Exeter. We had called in earlier to book a table. When we arrived at 7 the restaurant was buzzing and almost full. Apparently it's used a lot by theatre hours before the performance so it quickly emptied but soon started to fill shortly afterwards. We were promptly shown to our table having been greeted by the owner who made sure that we weren't going to the theatre, if we had been they'd have made sure we were served as quickly as possible so that we didn't miss the start of the show. The owner and staff were very friendly and attentive. Our orders were taken very quickly and each course was served efficiently. Obviously they are very good at turning around their food quickly due to the theatre deadline, however we were not at all rushed and our courses did not come out until we were ready. Great spot for a pre-show bite to eat. We turned up with an unreasonably short amount of time before the show and still managed to get in a delicious dinner! We will make sure to arrive earlier when we next see a show at the Curve so that we can spend more time enjoying the meal! Less

Visited for the first time tonight for Leicester Restaurant Week and cannot fault the experience. Amazing service from the owner and staff, we went with their recommendations and were not disappointed. We had the Beguni Fritters as a starter and shared the Aloo Baingan and the Lal Saag Paneer for our main course which were two of the best dishes I've had for a while. We'll definitely be back! Less
