Excellent service! On the Sunday night before Thanksgiving, with family and guests on the way, I experienced a serious sewage backup on the lower level of my home. Dun Rite was one of a number of companies that responded to my SOS and offered to match others' emergency weekend night estimates. Mr. Sterling C. snaked the main drain, removing a thick 2-foot plus long cluster of roots, made sure the drain was clean and clear, and filmed the drain. He explained that the problem was beyond my property line and shared his photos/film with me to support a claim with the utility company and/or my insurance company. He also advised that I follow up with a professional cleaning team since I have luxury vinyl floors and area carpets in the flooded area. He also took great pains to protect my furnishings while bringing in and using his heavy duty machines. It was after 2 a.m. when he left. This review does not do Dun Rite and Mr. C. justice despite its length. If you want consummate professional service and advice, go with Dun Rite Drain Cleaning.KC, Silver Spring
