Aly from Carbon Grid came to install a 57” tv with a Picture frame mount.The wall studs were in the wrong position, and the TV was trapped between a closet and entry door making for a very difficult installationAly was undeterred. He removed the necessary amount of drywall to install a 2 x 4 reinforcement stud in the wall. Finally, he decided that it needed an installation box to make for a perfect install. He returned several days later with the necessary part to finish the installation.In spite of all the extra hours that were involved, he stuck to his original price, even though none of this was any fault of the his own . Finally, when the job was completed, he did not like the look of the wall behind the TV, even though it would never again be seen. He scheduled his drywall repair men to come in to repair the wall to his satisfaction, even though I insisted it was unnecessary. All of this is done with no extra cost.I can’t say enough about Amy’s g professionalism, and determination to get the job right.I will certainly call Aly in the future for any of my video and audio needs, and will strongly recommend him to my friends and family.. He’s simply the best
