As a fellow bouncer, Payton and I feel included and welcomed every week. We have so much fun laughing and bouncing and jumping around in circles while giggling and we have made lots of friends. Payton especially loves the disco lights and Lucy and Gaynor make sure their trampoline is close to the lights. The instructor's have so much energy it's contagious and they bring happiness to every class. Even the one day when I didn't feel like going I did and left in a better mood with more energy. Had my first Boogie Bounce class with Lucy today and it was AMAZING!! Such a good workout suitable for ALL levels. Lucy is so lovely and made everyone feel welcome and totally at ease. Fun while burning calories! LOVED IT!
