I’ve been a member since September’25, and from day one the focus on building both confidence and strength really stood out. The small class sizes (6 people) make a huge difference, you get one to one guidance, and support in every session.Alex, Tom, and Lisa are excellent coaches. They’re knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your progress, whether you’re just starting out or looking to push yourself to the max. Kate, who leads the yoga sessions, is also brilliant, her classes are a great balance to the strength training, helping with mobility, recovery and overall wellbeing.The studio and equipment are high quality and well maintained and the atmosphere is always welcoming. The members are super friendly, which makes it easy to feel comfortable and part of the community.I also really appreciate the extra touches, like team-building activities and the nutrition support and advice, they help you stay on track both inside and outside the gym.I highly recommend MVMT rooms to anyone looking for a supportive, motivating environment to get stronger and more confident in a gym setting.
