Great guys came to my rescue! We heard a large critter moving around the attic and they were out in no time. Turned out the large critter was a single small bird; but they looked everywhere! Explained why it was not a raccoon and why it was a bird. These guys could have lied and spent hours chasing a ghost and we would have happily paid for each hour but they lead with honesty. Instead; they quickly chased off our bird and gave us some repair pointers to avoid future invasions with a very fair price for their time.
