Had an absolutely GREAT experience getting a great mattress here! Kelsey was amazing to work with, flexible, funny, kind, and super helpful. The prices are amazing, and even if you don't pay it off within the 100 day same as cash policy, You're still paying less than you would have paid at a big name store. My mattress is super comfortable, super soft, just like I asked for. They were great about helping me find what I needed in my price range. I highly recommend, and if you go there, be sure to drop my name (Heather Murr) because I will certainly use that 25 dollar referral for some new pillows or a new mattress for my spare bedroom :) next time I have a need like this, i won't be looking around I will definitely be going right back here. Today they earned a customer for life by simply being simple and helpful and doing things the way they should be done. They also have financing available if anyone might need it, that works with all kinds of credit. Much easier, than any rent a center type place i have ever heard of. 5⭐️

It was such a great experience. Got to try all the beds. No one staring or feeling awkward! Got to talk about what I wanted and was looking for and unbelievably friendly and competent assistance. Got a bed at a deal, with a frame and mattress protector all loaded into my car and ready to go! Would recommend to anyone looking for a new bed!

I don’t usually leave reviews for products or stores. I do however read many reviews for a variety of different products as I like to read about others experiences. It’s been 5 years since we bought our luxury hybrid king size mattress with adjustable base from Mattress By Appointment in Cedar Falls. I hate shopping for mattresses. My wife and I spent a month looking at different mattresses from a number of stores throughout the Cedar Valley. Mattress By Appointment was recommended by a friend of ours due to the fact that it was a simple process, no pushy salesperson and we got to take the mattress home with us the same day of purchase. The mattress has been nothing short of amazing. I’m a bigger guy and the mattress has held up very well as there are no dips/impressions nor wear spots. We do rotate the mattress every month or so. If I had to give one negative over the past 5 years it’s that I have a hard time getting out of bed in the morning because it is so comfortable. I can honestly say that I was not expecting to have this great of mattress. Give Mattress By Appointment a try. You will not be disappointed.

Had such a great experience at this mattress store! The lady who helped us was incredibly friendly and made the whole process easy and stress-free. She was incredibly helpful in finding a mattress that was right for me this morning. Gave me space and time to check out her displays and even listened to my reasons for being here as I finalized my purchase. If you're looking for good people and good mattresses, you should choose this place. She even loaded the mattress into my car for me. We weren’t planning on getting a mattress when we went in. We were hoping to see some ideal options and look at what Kelsey had to offer for the future. We ended up leaving with a better deal than we had thought we were going to get, an extremely comfortable mattress, and feeling confident in our purchase. Kelsey is great, and so are the products she offers. I would say she’s the friend you didn’t know you needed. This is place to get your new bed.
