Watertight Homes were fantastic from start to finish for our wall ties, lateral supports, lateral restraints and crack stitching. We had a tough house purchase with various structural issues and retentions put in place. I contacted Mathew and explained our situation and he was brilliant, extremely patient with my 1000’s of phone calls and reassured me they could get the work done and within the banks instructed timeframe. The work has just been completed and we are so very pleased. Stuart was also brilliant, keeping us informed at every turn and working solidly every day to ensure everything was exactly how we needed it. Very impressed. Good time keeping. Attended my property and examined two areas of black mould in different parts of our apartment. Identified a faulty gutter/fall pipe and some mortar that should be replaced but no damp penetration. Tested internal walls with a damp meter and concluded that there was no damp problem, the problem being condensation. Gave some good advice.
