Dr. Jesse changed my life! I had been seeing his mom, Dr. Keila Nichols (also 5 stars), in the same office for my baby, and finally saw an opportunity to take care of my back when the office staff, Susan and Yessica, offered to provide childcare for my 3 kids so I could see Dr. Jesse. They have a wonderful waiting room with lots of toys and things for the kids to do. I put up with stiffness in my right upper back for 8 months and Dr. Jesse discovered right away it was a rib issue. Not only did he get my ribs back in place, I’ve always been hesitant to let anyone adjust my neck and he eased me into it and I’m so glad he did! I didn’t realize how much I needed that too and got so much mobility back in my neck! I was actually amazed, I could turn so easily to see my kids in the backseat while driving and before that adjustment I was turning my shoulders more to look back. So glad I saw Dr. Jesse and would highly recommend to anyone suffering from any back issues, especially if you feel restricted by children to make appts too! The office is always tidy and clean and the staff are always the nicest!

I was recently traveling to the DFW area and needing an adjustment, I made an appointment at White Tree Chiro with Dr. Jesse. His adjustment was thorough, smooth and effective. I felt really good afterwards, especially since it had been so long since I’ve been to a chiropractor. His personal manner is respectful, accepting, friendly and knowledgeable. He is good at relating and educating. Dr Jesse Nichols is a second generation Chiropractor, and that shows in all the right ways! I have had severe pain in my neck, shoulders and back for years. I tried deep tissue massages and massage guns and had no relief. It got to the point where I was in so much constant pain that it was impossible to work, let alone relax or get anything accomplished. I came to Dr. Nichols with the hope for relief, as I had never been to a chiropractor before. Dr. Nichols was extremely knowledgeable and came up with a plan to get me relief. I was blown away by the care I received along with the relief from the pain I had endured for years. After a few visits, I am very happy to say not only do I have relief, my pain has been reduced so dramatically it's practically unbelievable. Oh where do I start?!?! I have been to many chiropractors before but none honestly compare to Dr Jesse. I started seeing Dr. Jesse after I got into a car accident with my then 2 year old while also 4 months pregnant! I received the best care ever. He takes time to evaluate you and customize your treatment with each session. It took months but I finally got better. He also got me going on some homeopathic treatment that was safe to take during my pregnancy and helped me with the major anxiety I felt every time I got in the car to drive. I had a beautiful natural delivery (the epidural didn’t kick in until after the little guy was born) I cannot recommend Dr. Jesse enough! He is fantastic and I wouldn’t see anyone else.

I have been to at least a dozen chiropractors in my life and Dr. Jesse is by far the best I’ve seen. He takes his time to actually figure out what will resolve my pain and it’s clear that his goal is for me to be well permanently and not have to come back and see him for the rest of my life! Definitely not a cookie cutter adjustment like so many other chiropractors. He is clearly very passionate and knowledgeable about what he does and it shows in how well he treats his patients.I saw him throughout my pregnancy and post partum, and his care was phenomenal. He was very gentle and careful, and helped so much with pregnancy pain. I would go in not even realizing how much it hurt to walk and left with so much relief!I’ve gotten dry needling and cranial facial release done by him as well, and had great results. I was only able to sleep at night with a breathe right strip and after doing cranial facial release, I could breathe through my nose at night without one and it felt so great! It’s an intense experience at first, but Dr. Nichols is so professional and good at what he does that I felt safe and comfortable the entire time.Could not recommend him enough!

Dr. Jesse is a very talented chiropractor. He has a lot of unique training that combined make his treatments very effective. His cranial work is gentle and effective and combines beautifully with the body work. Cranial treatment is one of my favorite parts of the adjustment!He combines his Cranial Facial Release treatment schedule with a full adjustment including cranial work, dry needling if necessary and the use of homeopathy to aid in the effectiveness of the technique and to help the body to respond the best way possible. This was one of the hardest treatments I received even though it is literally done in just a second. My experience with this was very emotional but Dr. Jesse took as much time as was needed to help me come through well. He was gentle and kind and encouraged the emotional release because it meant the treatment was effective. He had several homeopathic remedies that helped with my anxiety and emotions before and after the treatment. He went at the pace that I was comfortable with and did not try to rush me through the experience.Dr. Jesse also does Dry Needling which is different than acupuncture even though it uses acupuncture needles. I was terrified of needles but Dr. Jesse gently walked me through the process and helped me stay calm the first time and it was so much less traumatic than I had anticipated. I was pleasantly surprised to learn that it can help to minimize menstrual cramps and it is now something that I look forward to getting done each month! I still have an irrational fear that a needle will be left in me, but Dr. Jesse figured out how to help me with that by running his arm over the area he needled so that I can know the needles are all safely out.He is thorough in his treatment and does what is needed. He listens well to his patients and helps to address their concerns and goes at their pace. I highly recommend him as one of the best chiropractors I have used.

Excellent service! I was struggling with back and neck pain for a very long time. He made a good evaluation before I went in. During the therapy he worked in the right spots removing the pain and even posture issues. He is working as well in some alignment which is helping me a lot. He made feel very confortable and addressed the right issues. He also recommended me some workouts to my specific needs.
