I went ahead with the treatment and reached out the next day for advice to which I had a prompt response from Dr Naqvi. I can only comment on this treatment, if you’re thinking of having it done, this place is definitely recommended based on the above, just because it didn’t work for me, doesn’t mean it won’t work for you! The clinic itself is beautiful with the decor and lighting giving it a real calming and relaxing atmosphere. From my very first visit I was impressed by the level of profesionalism, quality of care and friendliness shown by the staff. The girls on reception have always made me feel welcome, very friendly, and quick to offer me a drink or take my coat for me on arrival. One of my most recent treatments which is still on-going is laser hair removal being done by Tara. I decided to go with a package and I'm only half way through my treatments so it's still work in progress but I'm slowly seeing results. I can't recommend Tara enough because she's clearly committed to her work. She's professional, very attentive and always seems focused on getting the best results but she's also a really nice person. My sessions with her can last anywhere up to 2hrs so it makes all the difference to me that she's so easy to talk and has a sense of humour while still being professional. She talks me through everything in detail and let's me know how to reach her if I have any concerns post treatments. She always asks to checks up on me over the phone a week after my treatment to see how I'm getting on and whenever I've been in the clinic for another treatment she'll come over to me and ask me which I appreciate. She's brilliant at her job and I feel like she genuinely cares about her clients. My other treatment I recently had was with Dr. Zoya who is professional, knowledgeable and really takes time to explain everything to me in detail and answers any questions I have without coming across as patronising. I've always felt listened to. I've never felt pushed into making a decision and she genuinely cares about her paitents. I booked in with Dr. Zoya for the cutera excel laser (launch price) to remove large vein and there was some inconvience to begin with having to reschedule my appoint a good few times but I didn't take issue with it because the communication from them was top notch and Dr. Zoya gave me my first treatment for nothing so they couldn't have handled it any better. Dr. Zoya talked me through everything I needed to know before and after the treatment and I always felt like I was in safe and very capable hands. The vein had vanished instantly after being zapped and always feel looked after by Dr. Zoya whenever I've visited her. Anytime I've had a question, concern or just wanted some advice I've always been able to get it passed on and a response back from her easily. I wouldn't hesitate at all to recommend Secret Aesthetics. They're good at what they do and they treat their customers with care and respect. 😊 Less

Dr Zoya explained she didn’t want to take my money for something that basically didn’t need fixing. This brought a tear to my eye and I could have cried due to the genuine compassion of this lady. It would have been so easy to just do the treatment and take my money and blame any complications on me, or using the old “this usually happens don’t worry” technique. I had lip filler for the first time with Dr Lucy. The salon is very comfortable and the lady on reception (I'm sorry I can't remember your name) was extremely friendly and professional. Dr Lucy answered all of my questions about the procedure and understood my request very well. She carried out the procedure with skill and professionalism and explained the aftercare very thoroughly so I would know what to keep a watch for. Its now 2 days post treatment and my lips have healed very well with minimal bruising. I can't believe how natural they look; no one would guess that it's filler. Yes there are cheaper places to go and get filler but personally I wanted to go somewhere that was totally Doctor-led and I don't mind paying more for this reassurance that I'm in the best hands. No amount of makeup would cover it, in fact makeup seemed to extenuate the problem. I put up with this for 10 months before thinking enough is enough and something needs to be done. After researching a while, I came across a clinic called Secret Aesthetics, which to my luck happened to be very close to home (bonus!) Looking through Instagram images, I thought these photos were too good to be true, as the work done looked AMAZING! I met with Dr Asad for a consultation and he recommended dissolving the filler and then re filling with the right technique for my eyes. He told me to think about it and didn’t rush me into it. I finally booked in to get my under eyes dissolved. Dr Asad thoroughly went through everything step by step, explaining in great detail where he would place the dissolver and how much he would place. He did not rush and took his time, making sure I was okay in between getting the dissolver. I did get some bruising and swelling which was bound to happen especially around the eye area as he had already explained. Whilst I was there, I asked about other fillers (cheeks and lips) and Dr Asad was very honest in saying I don’t need filler in those areas as they look fine. Such a great pleasure to hear the honest truth from a Dr and not someone who wants the £££. The service I received from Dr Asad was phenomenal and has definitely made me a returning customer! Now I can’t wait to get my tear troughs re filled by such an expert! October needs to come quick for my appointment! Secret Aesthetics believe in the natural look with slight enhancement. Even in my consultation he said very minimal recovery time. I had the worst black eye I have ever had & when i questioned it was told you never know how badly someone bruises. I do understand that and am not completely blaming the guy that did it.. but my left eye was completely fine. People are still asking a month on about what I've done to my eye. In terms of results i would say my left eye looked lots better for about 3 weeks but now looks the same as before. I had saved the money to go back for a 2nd treatment as I have only had 1ml, but I'm not going to bother as didn't see the results I had hoped for. I paid £330 for 1ml and would need to pay 280 for a 2nd ml. also there isn't any aftercare/ follow up.. Even after I had sent a message regarding the bruise asking if it was normal or what he suggested I do to try and reduce the bruising, there was no follow ups done, not even to check if I wanted to book for the 2nd treatment.
