Michael and his team are the real deal.We have light grey concrete pavers that were installed about two years ago, and the surrounding eucalyptus trees have been relentless — the seeds and leaves constantly fall and leave dark stains that are nearly impossible to get out. We hired another company a year ago to clean and seal and it was a mediocre experience at best. They also permanently damaged some of our pavers, which was beyond frustrating.Michael and his team were a completely different experience from start to finish. They treated the stained areas individually before pressure washing the entire surface. After the first wash, they noticed new stains had already fallen from the trees and without hesitation offered to clean everything a second time - which took an entire additional day of work. They then covered the pavers with tarps and plastic to protect them during the drying process, installed new high quality sand, and applied two coats of high quality sealer. We went with the natural look and they came out absolutely beautiful. Unlike the previous company's work, you can actually see and feel the protection on the surface.A few days later, Michael and his son came back on their own to help us move all the heavy furniture and items back into place. Nobody asked them to. They just showed up and did it.I fix and flip properties, so I work with contractors constantly. Michael and his team are among the best I have ever worked with - honest, great communicators, and they did exactly what they said they were going to do, then went beyond it. They also power washed our roof, driveway, and deck at no additional charge.My wife and I could not be happier. Highest possible recommendation.

I hired Michael to clean up oil stains on our driveway and ramp and he did an excellent job. He confirmed pricing upfront, showed up when he said he would, and kept great communication throughout the whole process. He even went above and beyond — cleaned the whole asphalt area, sent progress photos, and made sure neighbors could still come and go without issue.The work looks great. The concrete stains are completely gone and the asphalt is already blending nicely. He was respectful, professional, and appreciative, and overall just easy to work with. Pricing was fair and he didn’t ask for payment until the work was finished.Would definitely recommend if you need driveway or asphalt cleaning done right.

I shopped around with many vendors to maintain my pavers that were installed in 2019. After a few quotes, Michael and his company came out on top. I really appreciated his thorough explanation. I didn’t feel like just another customer. He sent me videos of his work and showed me lots of before and after. I am very pleased with the outcome of my pavers. They actually look better than when they were installed 5+ years ago. Will definitely recommend to my friends and use again when we need it maintenance again.

I had an encounter the other day while driving down the road I needed a steam pressure washer to take care of some stuff for me and that's where I met Michael, at a stoplight I had him roll his window down and asked him if he could help. I had to take a picture of the side of his truck so I got the phone number to call him. And I will tell you what if you ever need someone to do anything for you in a pressure washing situation Michael is your man! He goes above and beyond and is very kind. I myself would always call him for any services that I would need again and if anybody out there needs services like this again I say Michael is your man call him get a hold of him, he'll take care of it. I had an oil spoil on the concrete by my townhouse, and we called this washer an immediately. Michael did a great job getting the the oil out of the concrete and getting it much lighter than before !! It’s almost unnoticeable!
