This dance studio is one of the best in the Illawarra region. They are friendly, welcoming, inclusive and very accommodating, catering to children of all dance abilities.It’s all about having fun while also teaching kids discipline, accountability and the value of hard work. Most importantly, they create a wonderful sense of community, which over time becomes like a second family. Highly recommended!

This is our 3rd year at NRG, its such a great atmosphere, we love all the coaches. The classes cater to all styles of dance which we love that everything is all under one roof!Over the years we have tried a number of classes and no matter what it is. From the very moment we enquired for our daughter we felt valued. From a customer service point of view they are incredible, no question too silly and they are always so friendly and quick to respond.What truly matters though is the way they make the kids feel. My daughter was welcomed into the studio with open arms. She isn't cast aside due to a lack of certain skills or shoved to the back hidden away. Her teachers encourage her, challenge her and most importantly have her feeling safe. Safe to try new things and learn.My daughter is there 4 days and week and still asks "What else can I do there? I love it so much I want to do everything!"NRG has every kid feeling like they have a place to shine and be their best selves. Its easy to see why kids thrive there.Its priceless.

My 5 year old daughter has been dancing at NRG since she was 3 years old. She absolutely loves it and is always so excited to go to class. I've seen her learn so much in that time – not just with dance, but with her confidence too. The teachers are amazing with the kids and make it such a fun and welcoming place. Our daughter started here a few weeks ago and she is loving it. All the staff are so supportive. She is only three and her confidence has grown so much already, and she’s learned the best new skills. Such a welcoming vibe and they really care about the kids. So glad we joined the NRG family.
